    Acid line

  1. from the Acid boat on the board side burner to the eruption manifold
  2. from the eruption manifold going to acid neutralizer unit
    • we are connecting ANU on the line by connecting a hose coming from ANU going to data header in the line between eruption manifold and BOP
    • in ANU we are pumping IMO Chemical acid to make the ph of the acid in our line more than 1
    • Acid PH is 1
    • to protect our equipments and pipes
  3. from ANU going to the Headspool or Annulus A (BOP)

    pressure test line

  1. line coming from cement unit going to eruption manifold to pressure test our line
  2. we connected ANU in a data header on this line to increse the PH of the flow when we are bleeding it from the line

    Rig Choke/floor line

  1. is a line from rig floor goin in vertical flying pipe connected to our eruption manifold
  2. acid boat will pump acid to the well in pullheading through the rig pipes

    line on the tubing head spool or Annulus

  1. is a line coming from eruption manifold goin to Tubing head spool
  2. we can use this line to circulate the acid in the line
  3. pumping acid from acid boat through rig floor to the well (reervoir) and geting it back from the Annulus through Tubing head spool line to our eruption manifold
  4. and from the eruption manifold the acid flow the return going to the boat line

2. the operation

  1. acid boat will prepare the acid to pump it through the rig floor line
  2. acid will flow through the rig floor line going to the reservoir using fishbone tool
  3. the cid flow will disolve into the formation to increse the porosity and permability or this formation
  4. well testing after operation will bleed of the line and clean up the well
  5. running hole with the fishbone tool in the string ( string in )
  6. start pumping first stage of acid
  7. stop pumping and bleed off
  8. pumping bryne to clean the pipe and for soaking acid in the tubing
  9. start the second stage of pumping acid
  10. cement pump is pumping water or Bryne in annulus to equalize the pressure between tubing and annulus
  11. after stop pumping the second stage acid boat will pump soda ash to release all acid from the line
  12. flashing all lines with soda ash following by water to clean the line before rug down
  13. rig will pump bryne in the string to squeeze the acid
  14. they will check the loses or gain ; they will see if the well increase productivity or less or same
  15. they observe the well is it is sucking the volume that means loses otherwise if the well is pushing the volume so the well is kicking the volume and the formation is not dissolving the acid that means gain.
  16. if we get losses we pump more heavier bryne to squeeze more and the unit of the bryne is pbh
  17. first pump 500 bbls bryne 9.5 pbh
  18. second pump 300bbls bryne 11.1 pbh
  19. third pump of bryne it was 300 bbls more
