1. Bleed off for R/D CT or S/L
- after closing the M/V
- we prepare the line up from the well above M/V through C/M
- bypassing Separator to the tank
- PCV for the tank is full open
- the vent of the Surge tank is going to the burner
- Burner Boom is prepared by opening the propane and Ignite it
- Before that we inform admin that we will start blled off operation
- now we can gradually open the Choke-manifold slowly and monitoring Downstream pressure does not exceed 40 psi
- we are monitoring the level of the Tank
- we are monitoring the flare of the burner
- once well head pressure become zero slickline can close swap valve then we can close chokemanifold
- and do not forget to close the propane cylinder
1. Bleed off separator container and sturge tank to sealine
- prepare the line from separator to tank
- prepare the line from tank to reinjection-pump to sealine through transfer-pump
- turn on the reinjection-pump
- keep some pressure in separator to push the liquid to the tank
- watch level of the tank and its pressure
- open sealine vavle slowly because the differential pressure between sealine pressure pump pressure
- let the reinjection-pump inject the oil to sealine
3. The procedure to convert from flowing bypassing Separator to flowing through Separator without intrupt the pressure and without closing the choke :-
- gradually half open Separator inlet until the pressure of the Separator become half of the well head pressure and to fill the Separator half as we see in the level sight glass
- open oil line valve to the sealine
- open simultaneously the gas line to the sealine and close the bypassing valve
- open the remaining of the inlet Separator valve
- now you are flowing through Separator
- set the level of the Separator by controlling LCV and PCV
Or we can close the choke, line up Separator to sealine then we can open the choke gradually to set the level of the Separator (and this idea is better in case of the well has high GOR)
