The reinjection pump

• The reinjection pump is gear
• the procedures to run this pump:-
  1. open the air hose from the surge tank ait scrubber to the pump crack open and take care of panel air supply
  2. turn on the key in its panel
  3. instead of pushing the green button, just open the pump scrubber air valve to run it and close it again
  4. open the scrubber air valve going to the hydraulic oil container
  5. open the valve on the inlet air hose to the hydraulic oil container
  6. crack open the three valves of the hydraulic oil container outlet
  7. with pressing the button on the stick, turn the Drive stick from (N) neutralized down and right to put it on number 1,2,3,4 or 5
  8. use the RPM Gear to increase the rate
  9. every 15 minutes poor two drops of hydraulic oil
  10. check the level of the disiel
  11. check the level of the engine oil

The Separator:-

• dismiss The Separator:-
  • - the differential valves besdie the sensor - the two inlet valves is changed with two bleeder valves.

The Surge tank:-

• procedures of Surge tank:-
  • line up to the tank open the pcv fisher
  • monitor the surge tank gauge - keep it between 40psi to 75psi -
  • monitor the level of the surge tank
  • the controller of the pcv fisher is flipped
• bleeder lines to the tank:-
  • annulus A manifold is bleeding to the tank once it become 500psi while we are flow back against sealine
  • fixed choke bleeder valve is bleeding to the tank - isolate the bleeder of the annulus -
  • 3" & 6" Daniel box lower and upper chambers bleeders are bleeding to the tank
  • sight glass of the separator is bleeding to the surge tank

The Choke Manifold:-

• dismiss of the chokemanifold
  • the adjustable choke is not accurate and fucked up

The Choke Manifold:-

• dismiss of the panel
  • the control hoses were leaking we replaced them with a tubes or we can shift the control line between M/V and W/V or we can use a three way valve one inlet two outlet

• swing out burners
• instal cement anchor block
• erecting scaffolding around helideck tower and X-mass tree
• instal flood lights on helideck tower and X-mass tree
• instal air loop lines systemand wireline portable gas detector on tower
• spot testing, pumping, slick line equipments on heli Deck
• handover tower from production team
• install ESD panic button and function test ESD station
• put wells on production SIMOPS
• RIG UP LINES
• INTEGRITY TEST
• function test hydraulic valves
• inflo test equipment valves
